So, what have I been up to, lets see...
Ah, the ingredients for 'what can I do with dried PSB'! Add some alphabet pasta (OH made the choice!) cheese sauce, breadcrumbs and parmesan! Gotta say it looks like pure stodge....
And it was, but it tasted good, and was another use for the dreaded PSB!
Then we had the biscuit baking moment. DS decided he wanted to make some biscuits. So out came the Bero book. Here are his hands, doin some mixin..
Now, keep in mind theses should be viennese fingers or rosettes. But we don't have a piping bag or any nozzles. So we used a ziplock bag with the corner cut off....er....
Ok so they are piles rather than specific shapes! But they tasted just biscuity :) Well, we found another recipe in the WI Book of biscuits (my bible of biccyness) and when he went to work I made him some special biscuits (after comments about the shapes of the previous ones)

We have called them 'spaceship biscuits'.
Anyone can see they are definitely rockets.
With shiny chocolate balls!!! Oh dear, I think I may be a dreadful mother!! But he grinned when he saw them and made lewd biscuit comments all night! And gave his boss one the next day!!
I can always find a reason to smile!!!!
