The wheelbarrow fairy has been busy today!



Fruit leather all sticky waiting to be dried

Today she has made fruit leather from apples and blackberries, dried tomatoes, pears, peppers, made hummus, started the bubbly sourdough starter.

Dehydrator filled with peppers and tomatoes (there are less tomatoes now as I keep eating them!



All the pears picked from my 2 little pear trees dad bought for me. Now all wrapped and stored.
